You’ve handled the enquiries, heard the objections and followed up with the “let me think about it” clients.

DirectHome is looking for sales consultants, preferably with previous sales experience, to help Singapore homeowners take the next step with their home upgrades, from lifts and swimming pools to renovations.

Have a S$10,000+ monthly income goal? There’s no cap on your commission. This is a freelance, 100% commission-based role with no basic salary. Actual earnings depend on sales and commission terms; income isn’t guaranteed.

What you’ll be doing

• Turning homeowner enquiries into meaningful sales conversations.

• Finding new clients through your own outreach, network and referrals.

• Understanding what homeowners need and introducing suitable services.

• Working with our team on quotations and technical questions.

• Presenting proposals, handling objections and following through to close.

• Keeping your sales pipeline organised and ensuring a smooth project handover.

• Building relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Who we’d love to meet

• Candidates with previous sales experience preferred—especially in consultative sales, renovation or home improvement.

• Confident communicators who listen, build trust and ask for the sale.

• Proactive people who create opportunities and follow up consistently.

• Independent, organised individuals who take ownership of their results.

• Salespeople comfortable with a fully commission-based arrangement.
