Roles & Responsibilities

Company Overview

Medlink Healthcare Group (MHG) Pte Ltd was established in 2017, expanding from training services to Emergency and Non-Emergency Patient Transport, Ambulance Services, Event Coverage, and Medical Supplies, aiming to improve healthcare quality affordably.

Job Summary

Join our Finance Team as a Finance Admin to support daily finance and administrative operations, ensuring accurate financial processing, record-keeping, and compliance to drive efficient business performance.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily finance and accounting administrative operations to maintain smooth workflow
  • Prepare and process invoices, credit notes, receipts, and payment requests accurately for timely financial transactions
  • Assist with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities to ensure correct billing and payments
  • Monitor outstanding invoices and proactively follow up to secure timely payments
  • Process payments and employee expense claims in compliance with company policies
  • Perform bank, customer, and supplier account reconciliations to verify financial accuracy
  • Maintain organized and accurate financial records and supporting documentation for audit readiness
  • Assist with month-end closing activities, including preparing financial reports and schedules
  • Support audit, GST, and other compliance activities to uphold regulatory standards
  • Liaise effectively with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and stakeholders on finance-related matters
  • Identify and support improvements to finance processes and administrative procedures for operational efficiency
  • Perform other finance-related duties as assigned to support team objectives

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related discipline
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in invoicing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payment processing, or financial administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
  • Good organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration
  • Responsible, proactive, and able to work independently and within a team environment
