Inside Sales Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through emails, online channels and walk-ins. Understand customer requirements, recommend suitable products and solutions and prepare sales quotations.
• Proactively follow up on quotations, address customer queries and work closely with the sales team to convert opportunities into successful sales.
• Collaborate with the internal technical team to deliver product demonstrations, helping customers to select the right hardware solutions to address their connectivity and networking challenges
• Work closely with internal teams on pricing, order scheduling, and technical requirements to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through timely follow-up, responsive communication, and effective sales support.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
• 1 year experience in sales or related field is preferred
• Comfortable handling customer enquiries, product enquiries and sales quotations
• Knowledgeable in Industrial Networking, Edge Connectivity and Computing is an advantage
• A positive, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in sales and a strong commitment to delivering a positive customer experience

• 5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
