Roles & Responsibilities

Job Level: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Department: Product Planning - Cosmetics / Hair Care, Health Supplement

Overall Job Objectives: Carry out product planning for the assigned category, supporting new product development and category growth across the Singapore/Malaysia markets.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct trend research and market analysis for the assigned category

• Plan new product concepts and determine product specifications

• Collaborate with Korean ODM/distribution partners on SKU development, and manage prototype production, testing, and inspection

• Monitor sales status of the assigned category and propose product renewals

Job Specifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in beauty/health FMCG (cosmetics, hair care, health supplements)

• Experience in product planning or brand management

• Understanding of the Singapore/Malaysia market preferred

• Working proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage, as the role involves close, day-to-day collaboration with Korean manufacturing/distribution partners on SKU development

• Open to international business travel

• Strong interest in and understanding of K-beauty/K-products preferred

Key Deliverables:

• Category trend monitoring reports and market insights

• New product concept proposals and product specification documents

• SKU development plans and prototype testing/inspection records

• Product-level sales performance reports and renewal proposals
