Marine Operations Executive (Ship Repair / Field Services | Up to S$5,000 + AWS)

Roles & Responsibilities

Our client in the marine engineering industry is seeking a Marine Operations Executive to coordinate ship-repair and field-service activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate marine repair, inspection and field-service assignments.
• Plan manpower, equipment, transportation and site arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, shipyards, ship agents and internal service teams.
• Prepare quotations, job costings and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate the procurement of required parts and materials.
• Monitor service assignments to ensure timely completion.
• Manage tools and equipment, including required inspections and recertification.
• Respond to operational enquiries and provide technical coordination support.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Marine Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least three years of relevant experience in marine services, ship repair or field-service operations.
• Knowledge of marine cranes, deck machinery or related marine equipment.
• Onboard or afloat-repair experience is advantageous.
• Strong coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Able to support urgent operational requirements outside regular working hours when required.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM–12:00 PM
• Sunday: Rest day
