About the Role

This is a hands-on, execution-focused + AI-driven internship.

You will not just “assist” — you will help create, launch, and optimise real marketing campaigns across multiple brands.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Content Creation (AI-Assisted)

• Create and execute content for Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu
• Film and produce short-form videos across outlets
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, CapCut, Canva AI) to:
• Generate hooks, captions, and scripts
• Speed up editing and content production

2. Campaign Execution

• Assist in launching promotions, seasonal campaigns, and collaborations
• Coordinate with influencers, partners, and platforms (Grab, Chope, etc.)
• Ensure campaigns are executed properly on the ground

3. Trend & Growth Research

• Identify trending content, viral formats, and competitor strategies
• Use AI tools to analyse trends and generate ideas
• Contribute to weekly marketing brainstorming

4. On-Ground Marketing

• Support activations, events, and outlet marketing
• Work closely with outlet teams
• Gather real customer feedback and insights

5. CRM & Customer Engagement

• Assist with EDMs and loyalty campaigns
• Use AI to draft and personalise messaging
• Support customer engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Must Have

• Strong interest in marketing, branding, or F&B
• Comfortable with Instagram, TikTok, and social content
• Curious and open to using AI tools
• Proactive, hands-on, and willing to execute
• Bonus (High Value)
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, CapCut)
• Basic video editing or design skills
• Experience creating content or running social media accounts
• Interest in trends, food, and hospitality
