Roles & Responsibilities
The HR Executive role is to provide support to our HR team in the fast-paced retail industry. The ideal candidate will provide support in HR administration, recruitment, training and development and employee engagement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
HR Administration – Support essential HR administration, including employee data maintenance, HR documentation, ensuring accurate and timely execution of HR processes.
Provide general HR administrative and operational support to the team.
Maintain and update employee HR records and personnel files.
Prepare and organise HR documents, letters, forms and other employment-related documentation.
Assist with maintaining accurate records for leave, attendance, medical claims and other employee matters.
Assist with the preparation and maintenance of HR reports, trackers and records.
Ensure HR documentation is properly filed and maintained.
Recruitment Support - Assist with job advertisements and recruitment administration.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
Assist with onboarding documentation and pre-onboarding administrative arrangements.
Support new employee onboarding and documentation as required.
Training & Development – Source and evaluate training providers and programme delivery to ensure quality, cost effectiveness and achievement of learning objectives.
Support, arrange and co-ordinate training and development programmes including planning, vendor liaison and participant communication.
Monitor training completion and manage training administration ensuring proper documentation and update of training records.
Employee Engagement & Communication – Support planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities.
Assist in the coordination of employee engagement initiatives and company activities, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) projects and other staff engagement activities.
Other related duties assigned.
About you
Minimum Diploma in Business or related discipline
Preferably 1 year of HR administrative experience
Fresh graduates and candidates who are immediately available are welcome to apply
Proactive, resourceful, organised, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in MS Office applications and Microsoft Form
