Roles & Responsibilities

Technical & Engineering Support

• Prepare and/or review scaffolding drawings, layouts, method statements, and technical submissions.

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of scaffolding drawings and calculations for Qualified Person (QP) review and endorsement where required.

• Liaise with QPs, Professional Engineers (PEs), clients, consultants, and relevant authorities on technical submissions and engineering approvals.

• Coordinate, schedule, and maintain records of statutory weekly scaffold inspections, ensuring timely inspections by competent personnel and proper documentation in accordance with MOM and WSH requirements.

• Maintain scaffold registers, inspection reports, handover certificates, and engineering documentation, ensuring records are complete, up to date, and readily available for audits and regulatory inspections.

Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist the Project Manager in

• Preparing project work programmes, schedules, and execution plans.

• Attend project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.

• Maintain project records, including site instructions, inspection reports, material records, and correspondence.

• Preparing variation records, progress measurements, and supporting documentation for claims.

• Resolving technical and operational issues promptly to minimise project delays.

Safety & Regulatory Compliance

• Assist the Project Manager in

• Prepare and coordinate Workplace Safety, Health & Environmental (WSHE) documentation, including Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), Method Statements (MS), Permit-to-Work (PTW) documentation, and other statutory submissions.

  Prepare comprehensive incident and accident investigation reports, corrective action reports, and documentation for safety audits, award assessments, and regulatory inspections.

  Participate in safety inspections, toolbox meetings, site audits, and incident investigations, ensuring timely follow-up and closure of corrective actions.

  Maintain safety records, inspection reports, training records, and compliance documentation to support internal audits and regulatory requirements.

  Operations Coordination & Administration

  • Serve as the secretariat for the Operations Department, coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, recording minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.

  • Consolidate weekly and monthly operational reports for Management review.

  • Monitor project deliverables, action items, and key milestones, ensuring timely follow-up with responsible personnel.

  • Coordinate communication between project teams, site personnel, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, management reports, tender documents, and operational documentation.

  • Maintain departmental trackers, project status dashboards, and resource allocation records.

  • Support the implementation and continual improvement of operational procedures, document control, and ISO management systems.

  • Perform other operational and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

  • Identify opportunities to improve productivity, safety, and operational efficiency.

  • Support implementation of company procedures, quality initiatives, and best practices.

  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
