Luxury Retail Client Advisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Join Wristime Luxury Watches and build your career in luxury retail while working closely with rare and collectible timepieces, seasoned collectors and an international clientele.

This role gives you the opportunity to be immersed in the luxury watch world every day — learning about important references, understanding what makes certain pieces collectible, and developing the confidence to advise clients on high-value purchases. You’ll work closely with experienced collectors and clients, gaining valuable exposure to the luxury watch industry and building the confidence and expertise to grow as a luxury retail professional.

Prior watch experience is not required. We are looking for someone polished, personable, driven and eager to learn, with structured product training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a personalised and professional client experience across in-store and online channels.
• Conduct client appointments and assist with watch selections, purchases and enquiries.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Prepare watches for client viewings and online listings.
• Prepare watches for listings, packaging and shipment to clients.
• Assist with after-sales matters and client follow-ups.

Requirements

• Experience in luxury retail, sales, hospitality or client servicing is preferred.
• Watch industry experience is advantageous but not required — training will be provided.
• Confident, personable and comfortable engaging with clients.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Well-presented with a professional and service-oriented attitude.
• Proactive, responsible and attentive to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and within a close-knit team.
• Strong willingness to learn about luxury watches, brands and collectible references.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday, 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM, including public holiday

• Golden Landmark Shopping Centre #02-28
• Approximately 5 minutes’ walk from Bugis MRT
