🏠 What You’ll Be Exposed To

• Residential, commercial and industrial conveyancing matters
• Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal documents
• Legal searches, due diligence and completion work
• Liaising with clients, banks, developers, agents and authorities
• Managing conveyancing files from start to completion
• Working closely with senior lawyers and learning the practical aspects of conveyancing

👩⚖️ Who We’re Looking For

• Called to the Singapore Bar and admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor
• Freshly called lawyers or 0–2 years' PQE
• Conveyancing experience is welcome, but freshly called candidates are encouraged to apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organised, responsible and detail-oriented
• Most importantly — willingness to learn and a genuine interest in property law
