💵 Salary & Benefits

• Basic Salary: $2,300 – $3,000 / month (Based on experience)
• Day Shift Allowance: $12 / workday
• Night Shift Allowance: $24 / workday
• Daily Attendance/Transport Allowance: $16 / workday
• Potential Gross Pay: Earn $3,000 to $3,800+ (Basic + Allowances)
• Fixed Work Schedule: 4 Workdays / 3 Days Off per week (Every Sunday OFF)

📍 Location

• Tampines (Tech Manufacturing Hub)

⏰ Working Hours & Shifts

1. Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2. After Training (12-Hour Weekly Rotating Shifts)

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• Roster Options (Choose One Fixed Team):
  Team A: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu
  Team B: Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat
  Team C: Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual assembly of server racks, chassis, hard drives, and cabinets using basic hand tools (e.g., screwdrivers).
• Execute production line tasks including unpacking, rack integration, and final packaging.
• Maintain clean work areas adhering to standard 5S and safety practices.

✅ Requirements

• N/O Levels, NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma, or 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing/assembly experience.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow standard operating procedures in English.
• Physically fit: Comfortable standing for long hours, climbing ladders, and lifting items up to 23 kg (~50 lbs).
• Comfortable with 12-hour rotating day/night shifts after the 3-month training phase.
