Job Summary
We're on the hunt for a Process Engineer to take the reins on our in-house lithography equipment, driving wafer patterning at 20nm resolution and beyond to power next-generation photonic devices. You'll get hands-on training and close guidance as you master cutting-edge process technology.
Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain our lithography systems and supporting equipment
- Keep process quality sharp and repeatable by monitoring lithography parameters and fine-tuning controls
- Drive process development initiatives that push the boundaries of micro-nano optic and photonic device fabrication
- Dig into process data to troubleshoot issues, boost yield, and solve tricky problems
- Keep meticulous documentation of process parameters, SOPs, and quality records
- Team up with equipment, process integration, and quality colleagues to roll out improvements and tackle technical challenges together
- Uphold rigorous cleanroom protocols and safety standards to keep our fabrication environment pristine
Required Competencies and Certifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in front-end lithography and/or semiconductor processes
- Solid familiarity with wafer fabrication environments and cleanroom operations
- Detailed data collection, optimisation, troubleshooting
Preferred Competencies and Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering
