Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in the planning, coordination, and supervision of daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project schedules.
- Assist in reviewing shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship and materials meet quality standards, rectifying any non-conformance issues in a timely manner.
- Enforce site safety rules and ensure compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies.
- Prepare and maintain site records, reports, and inspection documentation.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or related discipline.
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant site experience, with proven ability to independently manage site activities and lead teams.
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good coordination, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of BIM or construction software is an advantage.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and WSH requirements (for Singapore projects).
