Production Manager (Electronic Manufacturing)

Roles & Responsibilities

About the Role:
Our client are looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee production operations and lead the team in achieving production, quality, efficiency and delivery targets.

Responsibilities:

• Lead daily production meetings covering output, production plans, materials, quality and corrective actions.
• Monitor key production KPIs including WIP, output, quality, capacity, manpower and material status.
• Manage production resources, manpower and staffing requirements to meet operational needs.
• Set and monitor production and quality targets to ensure performance objectives are achieved.
• Lead, motivate and develop production teams while maintaining a positive and disciplined work environment.
• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills, certifications and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ISO 9000/14000, safety and workplace requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Materials, Quality and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, flexibility and processes.
• Oversee equipment and tooling requirements, including maintenance, calibration and certification.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a server, rack or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and DMAIC methodology.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong leadership, ownership and initiative with good interpersonal skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive team player with a strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.

• Remuneration: Salary with AWS + Variable Bonus
