What You’ll Be Doing
Welcome and assist patients with registration, appointments, and general enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Register patients and ensure personal and appointment information is accurately recorded.
Coordinate and manage patient appointments to support efficient daily operations.
Handle phone calls and enquiries, providing appropriate assistance or directing queries to the relevant team.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate patient records within healthcare systems.
Provide administrative support to doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Assist with basic patient care-related support under appropriate supervision and guidance where required.
Handle patient information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Support general clinic or healthcare administration and other operational duties as required.
What We’re Looking For
GCE N/O Levels, GCE 'A' Levels, Diploma, or higher qualifications.
An interest in healthcare, medical services, patient support, or administration.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented approach.
Organised, attentive to detail, and comfortable handling administrative tasks.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a healthcare environment.
Structured training and guidance will be provided.
