Roles & Responsibilities

Job Scope:

• To work with AI Office (AIO) in training and development of the in-house LLM platform;
• To work with AIO and IT Department in developing the client-facing dashboard for the in-house LLM
• To develop and conduct trainings on AI solutions directed by the Director (ICT).
• To support Director ICT in performing administrative work related to the development of AI solutions. This includes, not limited to, approval for funding, safety compliance, Invitation to Tender, Invitation to Quote, documentation of solution development.
• To work with Director (ICT) in planning technology related programmes annual curriculum and Scheme of Work (SOW);
• To prepare teaching material for curriculum of assigned technology related programmes; To conduct lessons during technology related programme according to curriculum and SOW.
• To conduct assessments and grading of students’ work/projects as part of their fulfilment of Technology Programme’s and ACMP’s requirements;
• To plan and manage programmes in reACtor in alignment to directions of provided by Director (ICT);
• To assist in ensuring safe and proper use of reACtor by teachers and students.
• To assist in ensuring operational readiness of equipment in reACtor.
• To provide mentorship to students for technology-related projects or competitions; and
• To provide other necessary support related to learning of technology.
• To prepare for and attend all AI related meetings.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, such as ICT, Software Engineering, Application Design etc
• Preferably 2 years working experience in related field
• Teaching experience in any technology-related programmes will be an added advantage
• Possess knowledge in the following areas:
• 3D-printing
• Fusion 360
• Knowledge in Design Thinking Process
• Electronics, e.g. sensors, electrical and electronics circuitry, simple motors, etc
• Micro:bit and Arduino microprocessors
• Programming will be a bonus)
• Training and development of LLM
• App development (preferably on SDK platform)
