Roles & Responsibilities

BIM Modeller (Electrical) – 6 Months Contract

Office: King George’s Ave

Project Site: TUAS areas (Transport provided for designation MRT station to site office)

Salary: $3500 to $4200
Working days: Mon to Fri 8/8.30am to 5/5.30pm, Sat may need works depends on site (if works 8 hours can claim allowances)

Requirements

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or related field
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and AutoCAD.
• At least 2 years’ experience in construction or infrastructure projects preferred.
• Familiar with BIM coordination processes and drawing production

Job scope

1) Develop and update BIM models for Electrical services using Revit.

2) Prepare detailed 3D models for electrical systems including cable trays, trunking, conduits and equipment layouts.

3) Produce shop drawings and coordination drawings based on BIM models.

4) Support clash detection and coordination with other disciplines (Mechanical, Architectural and Civil).

5) Ensure BIM models comply with project BIM standards and requirements. Update models based on design changes and site conditions.

6) Assist engineers and BIM coordinators with model updates and project documentation.
