Finance Manager, Fixed Assets – 1-Year Contract
Location: Singapore
Contract: 1 Year
Industry: Government / Public Sector
A leading Singapore statutory board is seeking an experienced Finance professional with strong Fixed Assets experience to join its Finance team on a 1-year contract.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end accounting and management of fixed assets.
Ensure accurate accounting, reconciliation, reporting and year-end closing in accordance with SB-FRS.
Provide technical advice on fixed asset accounting, classification and treatment.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external parties on fixed asset matters.
Drive process improvement, digitalisation, AI and automation initiatives.
Review and enhance SOPs, guidelines and process controls.
Lead, coach and develop a team of finance professionals.
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant finance/accounting experience.
Strong experience in Fixed Assets / Asset Accounting.
Experience in government, statutory boards, public sector or large organisations is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of financial reporting and accounting standards.
Good stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SAP, RPA, AI, data analytics or process improvement will be an advantage.
Candidates with government/public-sector finance and fixed assets experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
