The legal team plays a critical role in enabling growth, managing risk and supporting cross-border operations.

Job Description

• Advise on a wide range of technology, IP and commercial agreements
• Lead drafting and negotiations for licensing, technology transfer and R&D collaborations
• Support cross-border commercial contracts relating to global sales and partnerships
• Provide timely, practical legal advice to senior management and business teams
• Act as a trusted legal partner to internal stakeholders across multiple functions
• Manage and coordinate external counsel on foreign law and specialist matters

The Successful Applicant

• Qualified lawyer with an LLB (Honours) from a recognised university
• Admitted to practise law in Singapore
• Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial and/or technology-related legal work
• Background from private practice, in-house, or a combination of both
• Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with stakeholders
• Demonstrated commercial judgment, analytical rigour and communication skills
