Roles & Responsibilities

Role Description The Retail Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site position based in Singapore, responsible for overseeing daily boutique operations and driving sales performance.

This role includes leading and coaching the sales team, setting and monitoring sales targets, and ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

The Retail Sales Manager will manage staff scheduling, visual merchandising, inventory control, and adherence to brand guidelines.

The role also involves handling key client relationships, resolving customer issues, preparing sales reports, and supporting promotional activities and in-store events.

Collaboration with management and headquarters on sales strategies, staff training, and performance improvement is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong Retail Sales and Sales management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to engage luxury clientele and coordinate effectively with team members.
• Proven Customer Service capabilities, with a focus on professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving.
• Experience enhancing Customer Experience in a premium or luxury retail environment.
• Previous leadership experience supervising retail teams in jewelry, fashion, or other luxury sectors is preferred.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and POS systems.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills relevant to local and regional clientele are an advantage.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
