Job Summary

Support customer enquiries and develop sales opportunities by preparing proposals and managing follow-ups, contributing to business growth in automation solutions.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to incoming customer enquiries and support requests from outdoor Sales Engineers to ensure customer satisfaction
• Analyze customer requirements and collaborate with product/project engineers to prepare accurate proposals and quotations
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted cold and warm calling campaigns
• Manage and update sales funnel and quotation status using CRM tools to track progress and improve conversion rates
• Demonstrate a sales-driven mindset and maintain a positive, independent working attitude in a deskbound office environment
• Pursue career advancement opportunities toward Sales and Application Engineer roles

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic/Electromechanical, Industrial) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the engineering or automation field

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Specialization in Sales - Engineering, Technical, IT, or equivalent
• Experience with PLC, Control Automation, Drives and Motors, Sensors, IoT, and Metrology
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin to develop long-term relationships with customers who speak these languages
