WE’RE HIRING – CLINIC ASSISTANT

Pinnacle Family Clinic is looking for Clinic Assistants to join our growing team.

Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Clinic Assistant, preferably in a GP clinic setting
• Able to communicate well with patients and work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinic environment
• Responsible, punctual and service-oriented
• Able to work shifts, including evenings and weekends where required
• Familiarity with clinic management systems and TPA processes would be an advantage

Job Scope
• Patient registration and queue management
• Appointment scheduling and handling patient enquiries
• Dispensing medications according to doctors’ prescriptions
• Collecting payments and handling cashier duties
• Processing CHAS, Medisave, insurance and TPA claims where applicable
• Assisting doctors during consultations and procedures when required
• Performing basic clinical duties such as taking height, weight, blood pressure and other measurements
• Assisting with health screening, vaccinations and other clinic services
• Managing medication and consumable inventory, including stock checks and expiry monitoring
• Maintaining cleanliness and infection-control standards within the clinic
• Handling administrative duties, reports and other day-to-day clinic operations
• Supporting other Pinnacle Family Clinic branches when operationally required
