Part-Time Office Cleaner

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Part-Time Office Cleaner to maintain the cleanliness, hygiene and general upkeep of our office.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
• No weekend work

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily general cleaning of the office, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.
• Clean and maintain office toilets and pantry areas.
• Wipe and clean desks, furniture, doors, glass surfaces and common areas.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose of waste appropriately.
• Wash cups, glasses, dishes and pantry utensils.
• Prepare and serve tea, coffee and other beverages for management when required.
• Keep the pantry clean, tidy and hygienic.
• Replenish toilet, pantry and cleaning consumables.
• Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of management's office.
• Carry out periodic cleaning of cabinets, windows, refrigerator, microwave and other office areas.
• Monitor cleaning and pantry supplies and inform management when replenishment is required.
• Perform other reasonable cleaning and pantry-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
• Preferably at least 1 year of cleaning experience, particularly in an office environment.
• Must have completed the relevant WSQ Environmental Cleaning training modules recognised under NEA's Cleaning Business Licensing requirements, including the applicable Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) and Core modules.
• Must be able to provide relevant WSQ certificates or training records for verification.
• Able to understand and communicate in basic English.
• Reliable, punctual, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good personal hygiene and takes pride in maintaining a clean working environment.
• Comfortable preparing and serving tea, coffee and beverages.
• Candidate should currently be employed by no more than one other employer, where applicable, due to the company's local workforce eligibility requirements.
