Business Development Manager (Chemical Logistics/4PL Solutions)

Roles & Responsibilities

The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established global chemical logistics to hire an ambitious Business Development Manager in Singapore.

This is a individual contributor hunter role focused on acquiring and growing accounts across the Chemical, Petrochemical, Polyolefin, and Specialty Chemical verticals.

• Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
• Location: West Region
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm
• Salary Package: Basic + Transport Allowance + Uncapped Commission + Variable Bonus

Sales & Business Development:

• Identify new market opportunities and generate new leads to grow our customer base.
• Present and sell our solutions to prospective clients based on their business needs.
• Use CRM tools to manage your sales pipeline, track deals, and forecast revenue.
• Analyze market trends and data to improve sales performance and target the right clients.

Account Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for key client accounts.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with client decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure profitable business terms.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to grow revenue from existing accounts.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of B2B sales and key account management experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software to manage sales pipelines and reporting.
• Good analytical and time-management skills.
