☕️ Join the Brew Crew at Coexist Coffee!
Are you obsessed with the perfect extraction? Do you live for that first sip of a light-roasted Ethiopian Yirgacheffe? If you’re a coffee geek with a sunny disposition, we want to meet you.
At Coexist, we aren’t just serving caffeine; we’re sharing a craft. As a roaster-led cafe, we sit at the heart of the bean's journey, and we need baristas who are as passionate about the "why" as they are about the "how."
What’s in it for you?
Vibrant Culture: Work with a team that actually likes each other. We’re high-energy, supportive, and love a good post-shift laugh.
Skill Mastery: Get hands-on experience with our roasting team. You’ll learn about sourcing, cupping, and flavor profiles directly from the source.
Top-Tier Gear: You’ll be working with Synesso/Slayer and fresh-off-the-roaster beans every single day.
The Perks: Competitive pay, and (obviously) all the world-class coffee you can handle.
Who you are:
A People Person: You greet regulars by name and make newcomers feel like family.
A Quality Stickler: You know how to dial in a shot and won't serve a latte with "sad" foam.
A Team Player: You’re quick to jump on the dishwasher or sweep the floor when things get busy.
Reliable: You’re the person the team can count on during the morning rush.
