We’re looking for someone who can read the floor,rally the team and keep the good vibes flowing — even when brunch hits full volume.

At Common Man Coffee Roasters, you’ll be right in the middle of the action, helping create great experiences from the first flat white to the last table.

🎯 What You’ll Get Into

• 👋 Set the tone — welcome guests and make them feel right at home
• ⚡ Run the floor — keep service, bookings, walk-ins & table flow moving
• ☕ Know your stuff — recommend food, coffee & beverages with confidence
• 🤝 Connect the dots — work closely with kitchen and barista teams
• 🔥 Lead through the rush — guide and support the team when service gets busy
• ✨ Own the details — keep service, cleanliness & safety standards on point

• You enjoy working with people and creating great guest experiences
• Positive, hands-on and ready to learn
• Comfortable taking the lead in a fast-paced environment
• Team player who knows how to get things done
• F&B experience is a plus
• Got more experience? You may be considered for a senior role.
