Membership Relations & Social Media Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Membership Processing:

• Efficiently process new membership applications, renewals, resignations, terminations, and other membership-related transactions

Data Management:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date membership records, including photographs, contact information, and membership status.

Member Support:

• Provide excellent customer service to members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, conducting Club Tours, and assisting with membership-related matters.

Membership Communications:

• Develop and implement effective communication strategies, including sending welcome packages, renewal reminders, and other relevant notifications.

Sales and Lead Generation:

• Generating high-quality leads through various channels, including proactive outreach and social media engagement.
• Effectively follow up on inquiries, deliver compelling product information, and convert leads into new members.

Social Media Marketing & Content Creation:

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
• Create engaging and visually appealing content, including posts, stories, videos, and live sessions, to attract and retain members.
• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns to maximize reach and ROI.

Marketing Plan Execution & Analysis:

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Generate reports on marketing and sales metrics.

Requirements

• Excellence customer service with good interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in oral and written English, another language is a plus (To liaise with English and Mandarin-speaking associates)

• A collaborative team player with strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills

• Prior Social Media Marketing experience is a plus.

• Positive and proactive attitude

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
