6 Months Contract Client Due Diligence Executive #BJJ

Our client is a reputable local bank seeking a Client Due Diligence Executive to support its client due diligence and KYC review activities.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct client due diligence and KYC assessments on prospective retail banking customers.

• Perform event-triggered and periodic reviews on existing customers in accordance with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.

• Monitor and track the progress and completion of customer reviews to ensure timely closure.

• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain relevant information and supporting documentation required for customer reviews.

• Analyse customer information and documentation to identify potential risks, discrepancies, or areas requiring further clarification.

• Prepare review findings and recommendations for Management’s consideration and decision-making, where applicable.

• Ensure all review activities and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with established procedures and timelines.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Client Due Diligence (CDD), KYC, AML, or related compliance functions within the banking or financial services industry.

• Good understanding of KYC/CDD processes and regulatory requirements.

• Strong analytical and investigative skills with good attention to detail.

• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Able to work independently and manage multiple reviews within tight timelines.

• Salary ranges between S$3,500 to S$5,000 per month.
