STORE SUPERVISOR

Roles & Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

You’ll be responsible for leading the team on the ground, driving sales, maintaining our service and operational standards, and creating a positive and energetic store environment.

This role is ideal for someone who is mature, responsible, hands-on and passionate about developing people, with the confidence to lead a team and take ownership of the store.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• TEAM LEADERSHIP: Lead, motivate and coach the team on the floor and lead by example and maintain a positive, energetic team culture

• SALES & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: Drive daily sales and support the achievement of store targets

• STORE OPERATIONS: Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and oversee stock control, replenishment and product execution

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong communication and people-management skills

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment

• Sales-driven with a strong customer-service mindset

• Able to coach, motivate and manage a team

• Willing to work retail hours, weekends and public holidays

• Positive attitude with a strong sense of ownership
