Business Development / Sales Executive (Equipment Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Develop and generate new sales and rental opportunities.
• Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential customers.
• Maintain strong and long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Respond to customer enquiries, follow up onleads, and recommend suitable equipment based on customer requirements.
• Conduct customer meetings and site visits to understand project needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales proposals, and rental proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, rental rates, and commercial terms with customers.
• Collaborate closely with the indoor sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer service.
• Meet assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

• Minimum experience in construction equipment, heavy machinery, or equipment sales/rental.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving license.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for customer meetings and conduct regular site visits.
