Roles & Responsibilities

The Services required are setout as follows:

1. Oversee daily cleaningoperations and lead a team of cleaning staff, ensuring high standards ofcleanliness, hygiene and safety are maintained across the school campus.

2. Manage and oversee all keyaccess to locations and facilities within the campus

3. Liaise and coordinate withCampus Manager on cleaning duties, work arrangements and event-related cleaningrequirements

4. To maintain the cleanlinessof all campus premises at all times, encompassing the concert hall, auditorium,drama theatre, sports hall, swimming pool, changing rooms, and associatedtoilet facilities.

5. Ensuring the cleanliness andtidiness of all campus facilities, which includes the following areas: −Concert Hall, Auditorium, Drama Theatre, Music Studio, Sports Hall, SwimmingPool, Swimming Pool Changing Rooms and Toilets

Other Requirements

6. The vendor shall provide areplacement should the performance of the incumbent fail to meet the requiredstandards.

7. Work shall not besub-contracted to any third party.

8. The vendor shall be fullyresponsible for all employment-related obligations of their cleaning personnel,including but not limited to salary disbursements, CPF contributions, SDFlevies, Workmen's Compensation, insurance coverage, and any other paymentsrequired under prevailing legislation.

Requirement:

The Personnel must bephysically fit and possess a minimum of three (3) years of experience in asimilar capacity.
