Senior UI/UX Designer (Government Projects)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer with a passion for creating intuitive and engaging user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with designers, developers, product managers, and cross-functional teams across multiple products.
• Define user flows and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate designs and inform decisions.
• Contribute to and leverage design systems to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficiency.
• Manage stakeholder requirements, facilitate workshops, and provide design specifications and assets for development.

Requirements:

• 5–7+ years of UI/UX design experience with proven contributions to successful digital products.
• Strong end-to-end product design experience, from requirements gathering and workshops to user testing and high-fidelity delivery.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work effectively with stakeholders and engineering teams.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and proficiency in Figma, Maze, Dovetail, and other design tools.
• A strong design portfolio, experience with design systems, and familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
