Operations & Documentation Administrator (Timepieces Industry/Experiences)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reporting to Management and responsible for overseeing and coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of Swiss watches for overseas branch, ensuring the efficient movement, documentation, storage and delivery of watches and related goods
- Watch Sorting & Shipment Preparation
- Logistics & Shipment Coordination
- Carnet Management
- CITES Compliance and Stock Card Management
- ERP System and Data Management for timely entry of import, export, inventory and shipment-related information
- Inventory and stock control
- Spare parts/tools management and documentation
- Compliance, documentation and record keeping
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant fields
- Working experiences in shipping documentation, processing of import and export documentation
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Knowledge of SAP B1 or any ERP System is a plus
- Candidates with prior operational work experiences with Watch Brand Principals will be viewed favorably
- Positive attitude, diligent and detailed oriented
- Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Office: Bishan/Marymount |Mon – Fri (8:30am to 5:30am)
