Clinic Receptionist (Japanese Speaking)

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming telephone enquiries from patients in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to patient email enquiries in Japanese.
• Perform outpatient reception and registration duties as required.
• Provide administrative support to clinic operations, including preparation of materials and documentation.
• Prepare quotations and related business correspondence in Japanese and English.
• Distribute medical check-up reports and other corporate service reports to clients.
• Provide cross-functional support to various departments during peak operational periods.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Japanese language for liaising with Japanese-speaking patients and stakeholders.
• Possess working experience in hospitality industry and functional role.
• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a professional, pleasant, and patient-oriented approach.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when required due to operational needs.
• Willingness to work on Saturdays in accordance with company policies.
