Printing and Reception Counter

Roles & Responsibilities

The Servicesrequired are set out as follows:

The personnelwill provide printing support to school staff and assist the SchoolAdministration Team to man the reception counter in the school’s generaloffice. The role of the personnel covers the following areas:

▪ Support basicadministrative duties such as printing, using high speed multifunction printerfor bulk photocopying.

▪ Greet andwelcome visitors

▪ Answer,screen and forward calls

▪ Attend toqueries. (e.g. provide basic and relevant information) in person or via phonecalls

▪ Handle mailand deliveries

▪ Attend tostudents who are sick and those seeking permission to leave school

▪ Any otherduties assigned by School Leaders and Administration Managers

The Personnel shallminimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

▪ Minimum GCEN Level or equivalent (Qualification)

▪ Must beable to communicate well in English (Skills)

▪ Must bebilingual in English and another language such as Malay, Mandarin or Tamil(Skills)

▪ Must beable to use a computer for basic administration work. (Skills)

▪ At least 1year of working experience using high speed multifunction printer MFP tosupport bulk printing operations (Experience)

▪ At least 1year working experience manning the reception counter operations in schools(Experience)
