Recruitment Consultant

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Location: Orchard, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
• Understand clients’ hiring needs, workforce requirements, recruitment preferences, and business objectives.
• Develop and recommend tailored recruitment strategies to meet clients’ specific hiring needs.
• Serve as a trusted point of contact and ensure consistent communication and a high level of client satisfaction.

Recruitment & Candidate Management

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and successful placement.
• Source suitable candidates through various channels, including job portals and recruitment platforms.
• Assess candidates based on their skills, experience, qualifications, and suitability for the role.
• Conduct candidate screenings and coordinate interviews between clients and applicants.
• Maintain regular communication with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth and positive recruitment experience.
• Follow up with placed candidates and clients to support successful onboarding and strengthen long-term relationships.

Business Development

• Identify and engage potential clients to generate new business opportunities and expand the company’s client base.
• Build and maintain a strong professional network to uncover new recruitment and staffing opportunities.
• Understand prospective clients’ workforce needs and introduce suitable recruitment solutions.
• Develop and nurture long-term client partnerships to encourage repeat business, increase placements, and contribute to the company’s overall growth.

Requirements📝:

• Diploma/Degree in any field
• No experience required – 1 to 1 mentorship & hands-on training will be provided
