Supply Chain Specialist – Change Management/ Pharma/ Contract/ Tuas

12Month Contract

Location : Tuas

Salary: Up to $5,500 depending on experience

Our client is a global biopharmaceutical manufacturing hub dedicated to advancing innovative treatments in immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care.

Responsibilities:

• Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
• Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the direction of senior specialists.
• Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
• Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence, and supporting documentation of findings.
• Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
• Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
• Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.

Requirements:

• Proven expertise in leading and executing end-to-end non-conformance investigations, including root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action (CAPA) development, and comprehensive technical report writing.
• Hands-on experience managing and implementing changes through a formal Change Management System, including workflow coordination, impact assessment, documentation, approvals, and effective change execution.
