Job Description
As a Business Development Manager, you will drive growth and expand the company’s project pipeline by identifying new business opportunities in building construction and major upgrading works. You will play a key role in securing tenders, building client relationships, and positioning the company competitively in the construction market.

Industry-Specific Skills (Construction)
- Strong understanding of building construction and A&A works

- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQs (Bills of Quantities)
- Understanding of construction project lifecycle and costing

- Cost analysis and pricing strategy
