Roles & Responsibilities
6 Month Contract
Job Responsibilities
Support the creation, review, and execution of client communications for digital platforms and marketing campaigns.
Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including campaign setup, coordination, execution support, quality assurance, and tracking of campaign deliverables.
Perform fulfilment activities and data validation checks to ensure campaign targeting, client lists, and communication outputs are accurate and complete.
Conduct pre- and post-launch quality checks, monitor campaign status, and help resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery of communications and campaigns.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, campaign performance updates, and communication materials.
Provide support for ad hoc projects and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
1–4 years of working experience. Candidates without prior working experience but with relevant internships in marketing, communications, campaign management, or operations may also be considered.
Experience in Digital Marketing & Communications. Experience in Financial Services/FinTech is preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
