Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and motivated Assistant TCM Physiotherapist to join our healthcare and rehabilitation team.

The successful candidate will assist with patient care and treatment services under the guidance of qualified practitioners, while maintaining a professional and caring environment for patients.

Key Responsibilities

* Assist practitioners with patient preparation and treatment procedures.

* Provide support during physiotherapy and rehabilitation sessions.

* Assist with therapeutic exercises and basic rehabilitation activities as instructed.

* Support patients with appropriate positioning and mobility during treatment.

* Prepare and maintain treatment rooms, equipment and supplies.

* Assist with patient records and treatment documentation.

* Provide basic guidance to patients on prescribed exercises and after-treatment care.

* Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and safety standards within the clinic.

* Communicate professionally and courteously with patients.

* Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily clinic operations.

Requirements

* Relevant qualification or training in Physiotherapy, TCM, Rehabilitation, Sports Therapy or a related field will be an advantage.

* Previous experience in a physiotherapy, TCM, rehabilitation or healthcare environment will be an advantage.

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Caring, responsible and patient-oriented attitude.

* Able to work independently as well as as part of a team.

* Willing to learn and undertake relevant training.

* Candidates must meet all applicable employment and work authorisation requirements in Singapore.

Working Conditions

* Full-time position.
