Roles & Responsibilities

Summary Benefit :

• Salary : $ 2200 - $ 3200

• OT + Shift Allowance + Housing Allowance + VB

• 4 Days Work

• Company transport provided

Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate precision spring machines according to production schedules.

• Program and run machines to meet required production quantities and specifications.

• Troubleshoot tooling issues, including arbor and cutter burrs.

• Work closely with QA to qualify machine setups and inspect work-in-progress.

• Perform daily machine inspections and maintain production records.

• Prepare materials according to production orders and manage material coil changes.

• Ensure accurate scanning, recording, and return of production materials.

• Update machine timesheets, utilization records, and reject reports.

• Follow customer specifications for machine settings, lubrication, packaging, and lot quantities.

• Check material availability before starting each job.

• Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements during machine operations.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

Requirements :

• Minimum 'N' level /NTC 3 in any discipline is preferred.

• Basic understanding of spring manufacturing processes and machine operations.

• Experience operating precision spring machines is preferred.

• Basic knowledge of manufacturing safety procedures.

• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and maintain production records.
