Roles & Responsibilities

💰 Basic Salary: From $1,800 (commensurate with experience)
💵 Monthly Allowances: Up to $600 (KPI & Shift Allowances)
🎉 Joining Bonus: $5,000

📅 Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shifts

Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, arrival and departure services.
• Handle passenger enquiries and various flight-related requests.
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers at premier lounges.
• Welcome and assist guests at reception and attend to their needs.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility.
• Assist non-English-speaking passengers and unaccompanied minors.
• Ensure passengers receive a smooth and pleasant airport experience.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent.
• No prior experience required – comprehensive training provided.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Pleasant, cheerful and service-oriented personality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work well in a team and fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Able to work 6-day rotating shifts.
