Staff Nurse

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a caring and reliable Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will support doctors, provide direct patient care, and ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, quality nursing care to patients
• Assist doctor during procedures and consultations.
• Prepare and dispense medications accurately
• Educate patients on treatments, medications, and procedures.
• Maintain and sterilize medical equipment per safety standards.
• Handle patient registration, appointments and inquiries.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records; assist with billing and insurance.
• Manage inventory of medications and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Doctor.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
• Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid licence from the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a clinic or related healthcare setting.
• Specialization in Healthcare – Nursing, Medical Support or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Proficiency in clinic management software (e.g. Clinic Assist, Plato Medical) preferred.
• Competency in MS office software and medical equipment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work well in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Willing to commit to clinic working hours, including weekends.
