Roles & Responsibilities

Job Summary

Join an established Interior Architecture & Design Studio as a Sales Consultant handling HDB, Condo, Landed & Commercial projects. Drive sales by managing client enquiries, preparing proposals, and collaborating with design teams to close renovation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage genuine client enquiries to identify renovation needs and provide tailored solutions
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals to support client decision-making
• Follow up consistently with clients to close renovation projects successfully
• Develop and expand your own leads and customer network to increase sales opportunities
• Collaborate closely with design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive client management and negotiation
• Independently manage multiple client accounts while maintaining high service standards

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience in sales, preferably within renovation or interior design sectors
• Strong communication and negotiation skills demonstrated in client interactions
• Positive attitude with proven ability to follow up persistently and close deals
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients effectively
• Existing renovation client network is advantageous
• Strong interest in sales and motivation for earning potential
