Roles & Responsibilities

Permanent Night Clinic Assistant — Tampines

Hourly Pay: $12–$15.50, depending on experience + CPF + Performance Bonus

Looking for a stable evening part-time role in a friendly GP clinic?

We are a patient-centered GP clinic in Tampines. We are looking for a Permanent Night Clinic Assistant to join our small and supportive team.

We care for families, children and seniors in our community, and believe everyone should be treated with kindness, patience and respect.

We do not handle TPA or insurance-panel claims, and we do not have sales targets. We aim to provide a calm and more personal working environment where the team can focus on good patient care.

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday: 7:00 PM–9:00 PM

This is a permanent part-time position and we are looking for someone who can commit reliably to regular evening shifts.

What You'll Do

Patient Care & Front Desk

• Register patients and update medical records

• Manage patient enquiries and appointments

• Handle billing, CHAS, MediSave and payments

• Assist patients in a polite and professional manner

Clinical Support

• Measure blood pressure, temperature, anthropometric measurements

• Dispense medications

• Assist doctors with minor procedures when required

• Chaperone patients when required

• Label and handle laboratory specimens

Clinic Operations

• Help maintain a clean, organised and welcoming clinic

• Assist with medication and supply stocks

• Coordinate laboratory specimens and couriers when required

• Assist with other day-to-day clinic duties

Clinic experience is helpful, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are equally important.
