IT Engineer – Project Management/ Pre-sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

Overview: -

• Working Days: Mon – Fri, 9am – 6pm
• Working Location: Queenstown
• Monthly Base Salary: up to $5000

Your Responsibilities: -

1. End-to-End Project Management

• Liaise with clients, vendors, internal teams, and contractors to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Plan and oversee hardware shipments, inventory control, and on-site installations.
  Manage cabling, network configuration, and software deployments (SaaS and on-premise).
• Conduct post-installation testing and promptly resolve technical issues.
• Lead project handovers, provide user training, and maintain high post-implementation satisfaction.
• Prepare and update project charters, risk assessments, progress trackers, and closure reports.

2. Presales Engineering

• Create and deliver PowerPoint proposals, product demos, and responses to RFPs.
• Partner with the sales team to design and customize IT infrastructure and SaaS solutions based on client requirements.

3. IT Infrastructure & Analytics

• Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot IT systems including cameras, networks (routers, switches, firewalls), servers, and cloud environments.
• Collect and analyze system performance data (Excel/SQL) to identify issues and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements: -

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• Min 3 years in IT project management, including hardware/software deployment and stakeholder management
• Certifications: PMP, ITIL, CCNA, or cloud certifications preferred.
