Roles & Responsibilities

- Penjuru Road area
- Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm, Sat 8am – 12pm
Your Responsibilities: -
- Oversee daily operations of the waste management facility, ensuring efficient waste collection, transportation, processing, disposal, and recycling activities.
- Develop and implement strategic plans, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency, sustainability, and service delivery.
- Drive business growth and cost optimization by identifying new opportunities, improving resource utilization, controlling expenses, and maximizing revenue.
- Manage financial performance and operational KPIs, including budgeting, forecasting, performance monitoring, and reporting to senior management.
- Promote a strong culture of safety, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
You will need: -
- Min 5 years in Waste Management field + 2 years of managerial role
- Possess own vehicle
- Degree holder in environmental science or other relevant fields
