Warehouse Operation Assistant - Paya Lebar, Office Hour only

Roles & Responsibilities

Summary Benefits:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm; Saturday, 9am to 1pm

• Location: Paya Lebar, Macpherson

• Salary: $2,000 to $2,500

• Exposure to warehouse, e-commerce and retail operations

• No Experience required, training provided.
  

Job Responsibilities:

Warehouse & Inventory

• Receive and check incoming stock
• Unpack, label, organise and store products neatly
• Prepare new products for store and online launches
• Pick and pack stock for store replenishment and transfers
• Conduct regular stock counts and keep inventory records updated
• Check and report any missing, damaged or incorrect stock
• Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well-organised

E-Commerce Fulfilment

• Pick, pack and prepare online orders for delivery
• Check products carefully before dispatch
• Prepare parcels for courier collection
• Handle customer returns and exchanges
• Support higher order volumes during sales campaigns, new launches and festive periods

Retail & Event Support

• Prepare stock for pop-ups, roadshows and events
• Help with event setup, stock movement and packing up after events
• Support retail and sales teams during major events when required
• Work closely with the retail and merchandising teams to ensure stock is available where needed
