Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

· Oversee accounts payable processing, accounting transactions, account analysis, and financial reporting activities.

· Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, including preparation of financial reports and management accounts.

· Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation, including GST-related filings and supporting schedules.

· Process expenses and employee reimbursements, while resolving payment discrepancies and issues efficiently.

· Manage withholding tax matters, ensuring accurate and timely submission and payment tot he Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS).

· Liaise with internal and external auditors to support audit requirements and ensure smooth completion of audit processes.

· Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance accounting processes, systems, and operational efficiency.

· Support annual expense budgeting and forecasting, including preparation and analysis of budget reports.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, accounting standards, and Singapore statutory and regulatory requirements.

· Supportad-hoc financial analysis, accounting projects, and other business requirements as assigned.

· Adhoc tasks/projects as assigned

Job Requirements

· Minimum Degree in a related discipline

· Minimum 1years of relevant accounting duties

· Able to start immediately or within short notice
