What This Role Offers

• Basic salary from $2,200 - 2,400
• Team-based monthly commission: Average $300 – $500 per month. Up to $700 – $800 during peak periods.

Working Hours

• 5-day work week
• 44 hours per week
• Scheduled within 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM based on retail roster

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the shop floor and understand their needs before recommending suitable products
• Provide professional service while supporting upselling and cross-selling efforts
• Contribute towards store sales targets as part of the team
• Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and display arrangement
• Support cashiering duties when required
• Maintain store presentation and assist with daily store operations

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Customer-oriented and comfortable engaging with shoppers
• Able to work retail shifts based on roster
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing roles will be an advantage

Additional Information

• Retail Associates may be deployed to nearby stores from time to time for cross-training or to support operational needs
• Only candidates with valid eligibility to work in Singapore will be considered.
